Auto Insertion is an advanced process, invented as an alternative to the manual insertion process. Due to its high productivity and quality outputs, AI machines are suitable for mass production. AI operation consists of three types of processes namely Jumper Wire, Radial and Axial. MEI owns complete equipment for the whole AI process and produces a total rate of 10.0 million insertions per month.
