We are a rapidly growing group of companies specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services & IT development related services. Due to the expansion in our activities, we are seeking for pleasant, dynamic, independent, result oriented candidates to join us for the above position.

Responsibility:

The successful candidate will be responsible to manage, motivate and supervise a core group of IT staff as follows :

  1. IT projects aligned to support/achieve Company's strategic objectives
  2. Coordinate development efforts with other team members such as the database administrator, web developer, marketing and promotions and R&D.
  3. Assist Management with development of technical and feasibility studies.
  4. Evaluates new technologies as it applies to development of web or server based applications.
  5. Facilitates communication between web content providers and those responsible for overall web architecture, hardware, software, design and standards.
  6. Determines new web technologies to utilize, such as browsers, languages, plug-in, based on organization needs.
  7. Conceptualizes long term needs of web development and plan to manage related projects.
  8. IT resource/asset management.
  9. Ensures that web pages are responsive to the information and marketing needs of the organization constituents, easy to navigate and user friendly.
  10. IT Policy & Procedures.
  11. Overall system integrity and security.
  12. Other ICT implementation , development and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates should possess a degree/postgraduate qualification in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent with minimum 2 yrs experience in a managerial position with multinational firms or IT consultancies.
  2. Candidates are expected to have some related knowledge in :
    • Programming : Cold Fusion, SQL, Java, PHP, ASP, VB, Delphi, Cobol
    • Databases : RDBMS, SQL, MS Access, Cache, Data Warehousing & Mining
    • Network & Infrastructure : LAN, VPN, VOIP, Network Security.
    • IT Systems : Operational, Tactical and Strategic systems (i.e. EIS, Performance Management System), NT, IIS, DNS.
    • Software : MS Project, all MS Office.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  4. Experience in leading technical project. Supervisory and project management skills, including ability to train others in web related skills.
  5. Experience in application development through entire life cycle of software development and must understand and follow acceptable coding standards.
  6. Proven track record of requirements analysis and project management to deliver on time and within budget.
  7. Experience worksing with database driven application and data conversion experience.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and verbal or written communication skills in working with vendors and customers.
