We are a rapidly growing group of companies specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services & IT development related services. Due to the expansion in our activities, we are seeking for pleasant, dynamic, independent, result oriented candidates to join us for the above position.

Responsibility:

  1. Reporting to the General Manager.
  2. To be overall responsible for planning, organizing and managing the whole operations of the factory.
  3. To lead and drive continuous improvement programs in the factory.
  4. To co-ordinate and integrate activities of manufacturing, engineering, logistics and planning and also quality assurance in order to achieve high quality production output timely.
  5. Meet production schedules at the lowest possible cost consistent with quality requirements while attaining maximum efficiency, yield and lot acceptance with minimum rejects.
  6. To be responsible for employee relations, customer satisfaction, production cost control and also plant safety / security issues.
  7. To lead safety and health activities in the factory.
  8. To ensure that the company complies with the ISO manufacturing standards and good house keeping.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience in Production Management.
  3. Possess good leadership skills, able to lead & manage staffs effectively.
  4. Familiar with ISO 9001 procedures.
  5. Good command of spoken and written English and Malay is a must.
  6. Computer literacy will be expected.
