We are a rapidly growing group of companies specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services & IT development related services. Due to the expansion in our activities, we are seeking for pleasant, dynamic, independent, result oriented candidates to join us for the above position.

Responsibility:

  1. Leads a group of Production Operators, Line Leaders and Materials Handlers in achieving production and quality goals.
  2. Plans, monitors and controls production output, yield, cycle time and quality improvement activities.
  3. Managing and controlling direct materials usage.
  4. Keeping inventories at desired level.
  5. Inculcate 5s good housekeeping habits and maintain discipline on the production line.
  6. Handle production report.

Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  2. At least 1 / 2 years supervisory experience in related field.
  3. Good people management skills and able to conduct training for staff.
  4. Good command of spoken and written English and Malay is a must.
  5. Computer literacy.
