We are a rapidly growing group of companies specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services & IT development related services. Due to the expansion in our activities, we are seeking for pleasant, dynamic, independent, result oriented candidates to join us for the above position.

Responsibility:

  1. Heading the QA Department and continuously organize quality improvement programs throughout the process.
  2. To lead and ensure the quality control system and procedures are well coordinated in line with the operation and organization interest.
  3. Develop, implement, maintain and audit quality assurance systems and activities to meet customer requirements and specifications.
  4. Provide training, motivate and control all personnel in the QA Department.
  5. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problem and implement solution to prevent reoccurrence.
  6. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of products to quality standards.
  7. Analyze & investigate quality control problems/customers' complaints and recommend solutions for quality improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Engineering or any related discipline.
  2. Minimum 1 years working experience in quality assurance and management activities preferably in a similar environment at managerial level.
  3. Good knowledge in quality system management on ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 and able to lead effectively on system and procedure implementation.
  4. Possess excellent communication skill and strong leadership ability.
  5. Knowledge in precision testing equipment will be an added advantage.
